ARAGOSTA is capable, due to many automated coiling machines, of providing a diverse range of products. Large and small quantitites can be delivered in any desired colour and packaging. A continous quality control check is carried out during the production process in order to guarantee the best standard.

By using a spring tester with a capability of up to 50 kN and an onboard computer, ARAGOSTA is capable of accurately calculating the resilience of the springs, and with the monitor-displayed graphs, the proper quality of the springs during stress.

In order to guarantee the durability of the springs, such as e.g. the German T.U.V., ARAGOSTA has a machine capable to test the springs durability. This way, ARAGOSTA is capable of fully guaranteeing its products.

And finally, in order to carry out everything independently, ARAGOSTA has access to its own expoxy line, whereby the springs are given a protective elastic and scratch-resistant coating with a electrostatic layer of powder heated in an oven.
